Dear pastor, dear leader, dear future leader!
I would like to invite you to the second “Leadership Conference” in Vienna.
After many years of experience in leadership, it has become a great concern of mine to host an event, that leaders of various Christian denominations will find useful for themselves and their supporting staff, as well as people who are active in Leadership Roles, beyond the church.
A leader is a person with influence and somebody who is not satisfied with status quo. Together with others he/she is determined to make a difference in this world.
As people in leadership, however, we understand that it is important to have moments where our “axe is sharpened”, where we are encouraged and re-inspired. This conference is designed to do just that.
It will be a spiritual and intellectual feast prepared by people who will spare no effort to make it a significant event of the year 2023 for you.

GLYN BARRETT – ENGLAND
Glyn and his wife Sophia are the senior pastors of Audacious Church, a multi-generational church with four locations in Manchester and Chester, England. Glyn is also the national leader of the Assemblies of God Great Britian, a 600-strong Pentecostal denomination and co-chair of Empowered21 for Western Europe. A powerful and sought-after communicator, Glyn's messages and motivational teachings inspire people of all generations around the world. He and Sophia have two children, Georgia and Jaedon. As for his passions - Glyn is a fanatical supporter of Manchester City Football Club. He also loves his motorbike, his family and did we mention Manchester City Football Club… ?
RACHEL HICKSON – ENGLAND
Rachel Hickson is an extraordinary personality who impresses through her dedication and faith. As an internationally renowned speaker, author, and pastor, she has inspired and encouraged numerous people around the world.
Rachel Hickson is not an ordinary pastor. She has an extraordinary way of touching people's hearts and strengthening them in their relationship with God. Her deep understanding of the Bible and her passionate teaching style make her a unique preacher who is capable of explaining complex theological concepts in a vivid and easily understandable manner.

Gianni Gaeta is the founder and leader of the LIFE Church movement. His vision is to found churches that are not just satisfied with finding fulfillment and salvation for their own sake, but are also determined to fulfilling their mission for and in our society. In his eyes, leadership and personality development are essential for individuals, but also for advancing the kingdom of God in our world. Gianni's passion is to encourage people to dream big, to think the seemingly impossible and then to take steps to implement their dreams, whether in church planting nationally and internationally or in the fields of business, education and politics.

Please note that parking in Vienna is subject to a fee on weekdays (this applies to Thursday. Friday is a public holiday) from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Parking also is only allowed for 90 minutes (“Kurzparkzone”). We therefore recommend parking in a parking garage or using the public transport.
