NOVUM Villach – a Kingdom Building

Together we can create a team that will have an impact on Villach as we invest in the Kingdom, an investment for all eternity. The LIFE Church Villach is a vibrant Christian church making a difference in Villach, a city in southern Austria. The church and the kindergarten and school associated with it need a new facility to sustain growth as we preach the Gospel and demonstrate God’s love to those around us. We also wish to include low cost housing – by building 20 condos. Our vision is for a building that is a Christian education and event center at the heart of the community. We are passionate about the Gospel and are partnering with a planning and construction firm that shares that passion: Plus Immobilien. Project Data

  • Total budget: € 4.3 million.

  • Significant funding through the sale of the condos.

  • Further funding through a rent-to-purchase contract with Plus Immobilien – the Life Church will become sole owner of NOVUM Villach.

  • € 800,000 start-up capital required.

  • € 250,000 start-up capital still to be raised

Kingdom Building

The LIFE Church Villach was founded in 1992. Christian education and families with children have always been on our heart. Various initiatives have emerged and grown over the years - the Christian Scouts group Royal Rangers, the Christian kindergarten Little Friends and the private school ABC Trinity. The school and kindergarten now operate as part of the Austria-wide Christian educational association Trinity. The growth we have been enjoying means we need a larger, more suitable facility.
